Network Optimization Manager (Supply Chain)

What you will do

• Own and continuously improve network optimization models for 3–5 product categories across manufacturing, distribution, inventory, and transportation.
• Evaluate growth opportunities, demand scenarios, capacity requirements, asset utilization, sourcing alternatives, and network investments.
• Lead scenario, sensitivity, and capacity analyses to quantify cost, service, utilization, risk, and capital trade-offs.
• Manage multiple optimization initiatives, including project plans, milestones, stakeholder engagement, and deliverables.
• Partner with Planning, Manufacturing, Logistics, Engineering, Finance, Procurement, and Commercial teams on integrated network and capacity plans.
• Translate complex analyses into actionable recommendations and executive-level presentations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations Research, Analytics, Business, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in supply chain, network optimization, operations research, manufacturing, logistics, or related analytical roles.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with supply chain network modeling and optimization.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and managing multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Advanced proficiency with network design tools such as Supply Chain Guru, Optilogic, Lyric, AIMMS, or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and business case development capabilities.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree or MBA in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations Research, Analytics, or a related discipline.
• Experience with network redesign, supply chain transformation, or capital investment programs.
• Knowledge of SAP, planning systems, and digital twin technologies.
• Experience in consumer packaged goods, food and beverage, manufacturing, or distribution-intensive industries.
