Logistics & Trade Compliance Specialist (Oil & Gas)

What you will do

• Maintain commercial relationships with logistics service providers and coordinate shipments for project sites, fabrication shops, and warehouses.
• Lead domestic and international transportation, freight coordination, warehousing, and material delivery execution.
• Advise leadership and personnel on government import and export regulations in countries where hirify.global operates.
• Coordinate with business units to meet local, regional, and global trade compliance requirements.
• Manage export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and shipping documents.
• Support audits, process enhancements, corrective actions, and logistics strategies aligned with project schedules and customer commitments.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of logistics experience with regulatory compliance involving import and export regulations in the international oil and gas industry.
• College degree or equivalent industry certifications.
• Experience with international customs and export control laws.
• EPC industry experience.
• Knowledge of INCOTERMS, shipping terms, and contract terms and conditions.
• Strong written and oral communication, computer, analytical, problem-solving, teamwork, and attention-to-detail skills.
