Cargo Supervisor - Nigeria

Location: Lagos, Nigeria; onsite cargo warehouse and freighter ramp operations

International airline operating cargo and passenger services from its hub in Abu Dhabi.

What you will do

• Manage cargo warehouse operations and freighter ramp activities at the appointed station.
• Coordinate ramp operations and improve freighter on-time performance.
• Plan and support complex cargo loads for passenger and freighter operations.
• Inspect cargo activities for compliance with safety, security, regulatory, and company requirements.
• Coach ground-handling staff and support continuous development of operational skills.
• Manage special services and VIP shipments from acceptance through customer delivery, while processing procurement and invoice checks in SAP.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of cargo operations experience or equivalent experience.
• High school diploma.
• Knowledge of cargo handling processes, procedures, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Good verbal and written English.
• Understanding of computer airfreight specifications.
• Flexibility to work operational shifts and perform cross-functional duties at the appointed station.

Nice to have

• Industry training in Dangerous Goods, Cargo Operations, Security, Quality, or Auditing.
