Cargo Supervisor (Cargo Operations)

What you will do

• Manage cargo warehouse operations and freighter ramp activities at the appointed station.
• Coordinate ramp operations and improve freighter on-time performance.
• Plan and deliver complex cargo loads for passenger and freighter operations.
• Train, coach, and advise ground-handling staff on cargo operations.
• Conduct inspections to ensure safe, secure, and compliant cargo handling.
• Manage special services, VIP shipments, supplier invoices, and operational risks.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of cargo operations experience or equivalent experience.
• High school diploma.
• Knowledge of cargo handling processes, procedures, and regulatory compliance.
• Good verbal and written English.
• Understanding of computer airfreight specifications.
• Flexibility to work operational shifts and perform cross-functional duties.

Nice to have

• Training in dangerous goods, cargo operations, security, quality, or auditing.
