Warehouse Manager (Logistics)

What you will do

• Develop warehouse development plans, process standards, annual plans, management systems, layouts, and equipment configurations.
• Coordinate goods receiving, storage, inventory checking, and order processing across the end-to-end warehouse operation.
• Monitor inventory turnover, accuracy, labor productivity, space efficiency, and other operational metrics.
• Analyze warehousing costs and implement process optimization, automation tools, and cost-reduction strategies.
• Recruit, train, and evaluate warehouse employees while improving organizational structure and execution.
• Coordinate with logistics, sales, and other departments to resolve supply chain issues and improve warehouse service quality.

Requirements

• Experience managing warehouse operations and end-to-end goods flows.
• Ability to plan warehouse layouts, equipment configuration, processes, and operational standards.
• Experience with inventory accuracy, productivity, space efficiency, and cost-control metrics.
• Experience recruiting, training, and evaluating warehouse teams.
• Ability to manage safety systems, operational exceptions, emergencies, and compliance risks.
