HUB Cargo Officer (Cargo Operations)

What you will do

• Manage and complete cargo warehouse tasks within defined operational timeframes and performance requirements.
• Monitor inbound cargo quality, including build quality, weight and volume validation, messaging, pre-alerts, and cargo documentation.
• Coordinate route and load planning, red-route monitoring, space optimization, connections, no-shows, misconnections, and load replacements.
• Work with service providers to improve on-time departure performance, capacity utilization, service delivery, and operational compliance.
• Monitor safety, security, dangerous-goods, PPE, ULD, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Provide on-the-job training, coaching, and cross-functional operational support to ground-handling staff.

Requirements

• UAEN talent status is required.
• At least three years of cargo operations experience.
• High school education with specialization in cargo handling operations.
• Completed cargo handling and dangerous-goods courses, plus training in live animals, aircraft weight and balance, and general cargo procedures.
• Strong knowledge of cargo handling processes, procedures, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Flexibility to work operational shifts and perform cross-skilled duties.
