What you will do

• Analyze and optimize inbound, inventory, and outbound warehouse processes, layouts, routes, and equipment configurations.
• Introduce automation tools to improve warehouse space and labor efficiency while reducing operating costs.
• Develop inventory management strategies, monitor inventory performance, and address slow-moving or abnormal inventory.
• Manage warehouse teams, create operating standards and training plans, and maintain safety and service quality.
• Analyze timeliness, cost, and quality data; coordinate with logistics, sales, and upstream and downstream supply chain functions.
• Build industry-specific warehouse solutions and SOPs for areas such as cold chain and bulky goods while introducing new technologies and management models.

Requirements

• Experience or capability in warehouse operations, inventory management, and supply chain coordination.
• Ability to optimize warehouse processes, layouts, resource allocation, and equipment configuration.
• Strong analytical skills for monitoring operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, costs, and service quality.
• Ability to manage warehouse teams and implement standardized operating procedures and training.
• Ability to collaborate across logistics, sales, and other business functions to resolve operational exceptions.
