Clinical Field Sales Training Manager (Trauma)

Location: Hybrid role based in North Ryde, New South Wales, Australia

What you will do

• Manage the sales learning framework and learning pathways for the DePuy Synthes Trauma business, including onboarding and new product introductions.
• Coordinate and deliver global-standard product and procedure training for new and experienced sales and clinical field teams.
• Design and deliver virtual and instructor-led courses using blended learning and distance-learning tools.
• Deploy competency models and global learning frameworks, including SUMMIT and the Learning Portal.
• Represent ANZ in APAC and global Commercial Education workstreams.
• Develop success metrics and collaborate with Regional Sales Managers to monitor field-team competencies and training effectiveness.

Requirements

• Essential: industry, product, and procedural knowledge in orthopaedic trauma.
• Experience or knowledge in medical devices, sales, education, or marketing is relevant to the role.
• Ability to develop learning materials, conduct training needs analysis, and deliver product and procedure training.
• Capability in coaching, communication, analytics, problem solving, and process improvement.
• A bachelor’s degree and Certificate IV in Training and Assessment are desirable.
• Preferred fields of study include science, business, or education.
