Entry Level Electrical Engineer (Industrial Automation)

What you will do

• Assist with the design, development, validation, and support of electrical systems and components.
• Create and maintain electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and engineering documentation.
• Support integration between electrical hardware, control systems, and software platforms.
• Participate in testing, troubleshooting, prototype builds, laboratory testing, and root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with software, mechanical, manufacturing, and field engineering teams.
• Contribute to product reliability, safety, performance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• 0–2 years of engineering experience, including internships, co-op programs, academic projects, or professional experience.
• Fundamental knowledge of electrical engineering principles, circuit design, power distribution, sensors, motors, actuators, and industrial control systems.
• Familiarity with electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, technical documentation, and test equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and power supplies.
• Exposure to AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN, Altium, or similar CAD and electrical design tools.
• Must not require visa support to work in the USA.
