Entry-Level Electrical Engineer

Location: On-site in Laconia, NH; Boston, MA; or Portland, ME. Travel up to 5%.

Salary: $78,000–$82,000 USD per year, plus performance-based bonuses.

What you will do

• Assist with designing electrical circuits, systems, components, schematics, wiring diagrams, and layout drawings using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Perform basic electrical calculations and analysis for design integrity and compliance.
• Support prototype and final-product testing, validation, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Prepare engineering documentation, design specifications, test plans, technical reports, presentations, and project updates.
• Collaborate with senior engineers, project managers, and cross-functional teams to meet project milestones.
• Support electrical component selection and manufacturing and assembly processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Proficiency with electrical design software such as AutoCAD or Revit.
• Basic understanding of circuit design, signal processing, and power distribution.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work on-site in Laconia, Boston, or Portland.

Nice to have

• Internship or co-op experience in electrical engineering.
• Familiarity with IEEE and NEC standards and codes.
• Experience with SPICE or MATLAB simulation tools.
• Knowledge of embedded systems, control systems, PCB design, or fabrication processes.
