Engineering Manager (Infrastructure / SRE)

Location: Paris, France (75007); hybrid model with on-site work four days per week

What you will do

• Lead and support infrastructure engineers while aligning delivery with technical and business priorities.
• Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and professional development of infrastructure talent.
• Drive the evolution of cloud and infrastructure architecture for high-volume, business-critical systems.
• Set priorities for reliability, scalability, security, cost efficiency, automation, and observability.
• Coordinate SRE and reliability initiatives and contribute to the long-term technology roadmap.
• Guide decisions on software platforms, security protocols, scaling strategies, engineering standards, and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• More than five years of infrastructure, platform, or SRE experience.
• At least four years of experience managing or operationally leading technical teams.
• Strong experience designing and optimizing complex cloud architectures.
• Advanced knowledge of Infrastructure as Code and automation.
• Strong hands-on experience with Unix/Linux, virtualization, containerization, and serverless infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD, observability, monitoring, and production reliability.
