Engineering Manager (AI)

Location: Must be legally eligible to work in France, Belgium, or Spain. Hybrid work is available through hirify.global offices or sponsored co-working hubs, as well as full remote work.

What you will do

• Lead engineering for the Work Environment area, an internal Tier-1 platform used by all hirify.globalers.
• Develop the hirify.global Home portal as the internal operating system and source of truth for identity, access, and organizational information.
• Oversee automation, Identity and Access Management, Privileged Access Management, and user lifecycle systems across more than 25 systems.
• Make architecture decisions, establish quality and security standards, and lead incident response and operational excellence.
• Hire and shape a growing engineering team, owning talent density, onboarding, feedback, and skills planning.
• Partner with product functions to shape roadmaps, communicate trade-offs, and keep delivery commitments realistic.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience leading engineering teams and building high-performing teams.
• Experience establishing engineering excellence standards and guiding architectural decisions.
• Experience with modern development practices and AI-assisted development tools.
• Recent hands-on engineering experience, including code review and writing code.
• Fluent English required; French is a plus but not required.
