Senior QA Engineer (Data)

What you will do

• Perform manual and automated testing of data and backend components.
• Test APIs and verify data-processing accuracy.
• Validate data pipelines, transformations, data quality, and outputs.
• Test AWS-based solutions using S3, Glue, Athena, Lambda, and CloudWatch.
• Perform frontend UI validation and automate UI and API tests.
• Use Claude Code to support test development and maintenance.

Requirements

• 6+ years of commercial QA experience.
• Experience testing data and backend systems, APIs, data pipelines, transformations, and outputs.
• Practical experience with AWS services including S3, Glue, Athena, Lambda, and CloudWatch.
• Test automation experience with Playwright and TypeScript.
• Experience with frontend testing and automated UI and API testing.
• Experience automating data testing.

Nice to have

• Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code.
