QA Engineer (AI)

Location: United States - Remote. Remote-first across the US, with a preference for East Coast overlap with the UK engineering team. Orlando is the US hub, and relocation to the United States is supported.

hirify.global is a Series A company building an AI operating system and infrastructure for specialty pharmacy, integrating with prescribers, health systems, pharmacies, and EHRs.

What you will do

• Own regression testing and end-to-end UAT with external healthcare clients and providers.
• Test web applications, APIs, integrations, and production healthcare features.
• Build Playwright automation while applying judgment about when manual testing is more effective.
• Create clinical test-data generators and harnesses for evaluating non-deterministic LLM output.
• Develop MCP servers and internal agents that automate repetitive QA workflows.
• Work directly with engineers shipping features and report to the VP of Engineering.

Requirements

• 3+ years of QA or software testing experience with web applications and APIs.
• Strong Playwright skills and solid manual testing and UAT experience.
• Experience running UAT with external clients or healthcare providers.
• Enterprise product experience and a strong technical foundation, including a computer science or numerate degree or equivalent progression.
• Day-to-day use of AI tools or direct experience testing AI-powered products.
• Must be based in the United States and able to maintain working overlap with the UK.

Nice to have

• Healthcare, health-tech, or pharmacy experience.
• Knowledge of HIPAA, PHI handling, and clinical data accuracy.
• Experience with Playwright MCP, agentic workflows, or LLM evaluation.
