What you will do
- Establish QA standards, policies, procedures, and quality metrics across programs.
- Analyze business and technical requirements with IT and business stakeholders and develop test documentation.
- Design and execute manual and automated system, integration, data migration, end-to-end, regression, and exploratory tests.
- Build automation frameworks and scripts, integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines, and apply testing best practices.
- Coordinate with developers, product owners, and business analysts to resolve defects and support new development.
- Assess application security, authentication, session expiration, code quality, and compliance with IT security policies.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience planning, designing, and executing automated and manual QA activities.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Advanced programming skills in TypeScript and JavaScript, with strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, React, and SQL.
- Hands-on experience with automation tools, preferably Playwright, and creating automation frameworks from scratch.
- Experience integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions, and creating API tests with tools such as Postman.
- Strong analytical, communication, collaboration, prioritization, and attention-to-detail skills.
Nice to have
- MySQL experience.
- Amazon Web Services experience.
