Senior QA Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Lead manual, exploratory, regression, and end-to-end testing of complex features across multiple environments.
• Identify, document, and track reproducible defects using bug-tracking tools such as Jira.
• Analyze production logs and real-user behavior to identify quality gaps proactively.
• Create and maintain test cases, checklists, and QA documentation.
• Collaborate with engineering and DevOps teams on CI/CD coverage, test environments, staging pipelines, and deployment readiness.
• Evaluate AI-powered testing tools, conduct load and stress testing, advocate for quality during delivery cycles, and mentor junior QA engineers.

Requirements

• Professional experience in software QA or testing with ownership of end-to-end quality.
• Strong knowledge of manual testing methodologies and the defect life cycle.
• Experience with Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium for automated test development.
• Practical API validation experience with Postman, plus understanding of backend technologies and APIs and familiarity with PHP or related languages.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Linux environments, Bash scripting, Git, browser developer tools, and command-line usage.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills required; AI-powered testing experience is required.
