Employee Experience Intern

Location: Jalan Lagoon Selatan, Subang Jaya, Malaysia

What you will do

• Learn and support Employee Experience and HR operations processes.
• Document and map local processes to identify efficiency and standardization opportunities.
• Analyze existing processes and recommend simplification, digitization, and automation improvements.
• Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather data, obtain insights, and support process alignment.
• Support the implementation and adoption of government-mandated benefits and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare process documentation, presentations, and provide administrative support for HR initiatives.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Eagerness to learn HR processes and contribute to employee experience improvements.
