Client Project Implementation Consultant (SaaS)

Location: Remote role associated with Denver, CO; ability to travel up to 80%, including travel to Canada

Salary: $60,000–$65,000 per year

What you will do

• Evaluate client needs and develop configurations that support business processes.
• Assist external clients with implementing technical systems, software, hardware, and solutions.
• Serve as the primary client contact during the implementation stage.
• Provide user training and end-user support during and after implementation.
• Communicate with internal and external leadership to keep projects aligned with business goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• At least 3 years of professional services, technology consulting, or sales engineering experience focused on software, or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of CRM tools, SaaS, programming methodologies, and software architecture.
• Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical information clearly.
• Ability to travel up to 80%, including travel to Canada.
• Valid driver’s license with fewer than two moving violations in the last three years and no OVI/DUI/DWI violations in the last five years.
