Junior Consultant (AI)

Location: Hybrid in Houston, Texas, with onsite presence determined by project and client needs; travel to multiple client sites and other U.S. locations may be required, with possible international travel.

What you will do

• Work with senior team members to design and develop solutions for client business and technical needs.
• Analyze business requirements and issues with project leaders, business analysts, and users.
• Support custom business process development and specialized software implementations.
• Contribute to projects involving CTRM platforms, Salesforce, data migration, dashboards, and technology refreshes.
• Collaborate across energy, Salesforce, technology services, and project delivery practices.
• Travel to client sites as required by project and client obligations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, information technology, or a related discipline.
• 0–3 years of experience as a technical or functional analyst, junior developer, Salesforce administrator, or in a managed services provider.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, communication, initiative, and accountability skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and understand business requirements and issues.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.
• Applicants must not require H-1B, F-1 OPT, TN, or other non-immigrant visa sponsorship for U.S. employment.

Nice to have

• Experience with Agile software development, architecture, design, or data migration.
• Familiarity with AI-driven tools, prompt engineering, or AI applications in business processes.
• Awareness of CTRM systems such as Endur, Allegro, or RightAngle and commodity trading processes.
• Experience with Salesforce, CRM data management, or IT service management frameworks such as ITIL.
• Interest in the interaction between IT and business, with a detail-oriented and adaptable approach.
