Implementation Consultant (SaaS)

Location: Remote from Brazil, Costa Rica, Colombia, or Mexico; working hours aligned with U.S. client business hours, with flexibility for implementation deadlines, go-live support, and client training sessions.

hirify.global is hiring for a client seeking an implementation professional to help customers adopt and maximize the value of SaaS platforms.

What you will do

• Lead multiple software implementation projects from kickoff and discovery through go-live and post-launch support.
• Gather business requirements, analyze workflows, design implementation plans, and translate customer needs into scalable software configurations.
• Configure platform settings and features, coordinate advanced requests with technical teams, and improve system usability and adoption.
• Coordinate data migration, API integrations, third-party connectivity, validation, and troubleshooting.
• Deliver administrator and end-user onboarding, demonstrations, workshops, Q&A sessions, SOPs, implementation guides, and training documentation.
• Coordinate UAT, resolve implementation issues, communicate project progress, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Support.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in software implementation, technical consulting, client onboarding, customer success, or related work with SaaS or cloud-based platforms.
• Strong understanding of implementation lifecycles, business requirements gathering, technical solution design, and project management.
• Excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Experience managing multiple implementation projects, supporting data migrations and integrations, and troubleshooting configuration issues.
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and prioritization skills, with the ability to learn new platforms quickly.
• Availability to work U.S. client business hours and eligibility to work remotely from Brazil, Costa Rica, Colombia, or Mexico.

Nice to have

• Experience implementing CRM, ERP, HRIS, project management, or operations platforms.
• Familiarity with APIs, workflow automation, third-party integrations, change management, and process improvement.
• Experience in B2B SaaS or consulting environments and creating onboarding materials, SOPs, and training documentation.
• Familiarity with Asana, ClickUp, Jira, Monday.com, or Trello.
