Client Project Implementation Consultant (SaaS)

Location: Remote, associated with Houston, TX; requires travel up to 80%, including travel to Canada.

Salary: $60,000–$65,000 per year.

What you will do

• Evaluate client needs and configure solutions that support business processes.
• Assist external clients with implementing technical systems, software, hardware, and related solutions.
• Serve as the primary client contact during implementation projects.
• Train users on product functionality, technical concepts, and effective practices.
• Provide end-user support during and after implementation.
• Coordinate with internal and external leadership to keep projects aligned with business goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of experience in professional services, technology consulting, or sales engineering focused on software, or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of CRM tools, SaaS, programming methodologies, and software architecture.
• Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills, including the ability to explain technical information clearly.
• Ability to travel up to 80%, including travel to Canada.
• Valid driver’s license with fewer than two moving violations in the last three years and no OVI, DUI, or DWI violations in the last five years.
