Implementation Consultant (SaaS)

What you will do

• Gather requirements, define project plans, assign resources, and establish project governance.
• Manage project execution, scope, schedules, costs, risks, communications, and third-party service delivery.
• Monitor delivery controls, provide status updates, maintain project documentation, and lead project closure and retrospectives.
• Consult customers on SaaS configuration, including SSO, data integrations, roles and permissions, LTI applications, and account hierarchies.
• Plan content migrations, recommend technical solutions, guide API usage, and document integrations and systems.
• Identify AI opportunities, support product customization with JavaScript and CSS, and improve customer experience and consulting offerings.

Requirements

• Experience managing external stakeholders and coordinating project delivery.
• Experience designing, documenting, and communicating technical solutions involving SaaS applications.
• Familiarity with multiple identity provider authentication systems.
• Experience with APIs and application integration.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prioritize by timeline and business value.
• Ability to use web conferencing and web-based collaboration tools such as Gmail, Google Docs, and Google Calendar.

Nice to have

• Experience with one or more programming languages.
• Knowledge of technology deployment strategies and best practices in education.
• Experience creating custom reports and data visualizations and helping customers interpret data.
