Client Project Implementation Consultant (SaaS)

Location: Remote with travel of up to 80%; Chicago, IL listed for the role, with travel to Canada required

Salary: $60,000–$65,000 per year

What you will do

• Evaluate client needs and develop software configurations that support business processes.
• Assist external clients with the implementation of technical systems, software, hardware, and solutions.
• Provide training and end-user support during and after implementation.
• Serve as the primary client contact during implementation and help resolve business pain points.
• Communicate with internal and external leadership to keep projects aligned with business goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of experience in professional services, technology consulting, or sales engineering focused on software.
• Knowledge of CRM tools, SaaS, programming methodologies, and software architecture.
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical information clearly.
• Ability to travel up to 80% and travel to Canada.
• Valid driver’s license with fewer than two moving violations in the past three years and no OVI/DUI/DWI violations in the past five years.
