What you will do

Requirements

• Proven experience as a General Manager or in a comparable leadership role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Experience with financial management, budgeting, forecasting, operational improvement, and business management software.
• Strong customer-service orientation and the ability to build lasting relationships.
• Familiarity with the St. Louis market and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
