General Manager (Property Management)

Location: Miami, FL, United States. Workplace: On-site, with evening, weekend, and holiday work as needed.

What you will do

• Oversee property operations, guest satisfaction, profitability, efficiency, and quality standards.
• Develop strategies for revenue, occupancy, distribution, budgeting, forecasting, and expense control.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing hospitality team in a start-up environment.
• Deliver personalized guest experiences and build relationships with owners, corporate housing providers, and community partners.
• Coordinate property maintenance and ensure facilities, amenities, and guest rooms remain in excellent condition.
• Analyze performance metrics and guest feedback to implement improvements and support regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• 7–10+ years of hospitality management experience with a record of leading properties across multiple asset classes, such as hotels, food and beverage, and retail.
• Strong expertise in revenue management, distribution, and financial management.
• Exceptional leadership, coaching, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience building and developing high-performing teams and maintaining relationships with guests, colleagues, and partners.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, property management systems, and revenue management software.
• Ability to work on-site in Miami and work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
