What you will do

• Lead the teams and operations of two or more retail stores.
• Recruit talent, build succession plans, and train and develop direct reports and future leaders.
• Create a positive, safe, inclusive environment and improve employee engagement.
• Lead the Leader on Duty program, customer service, loyalty initiatives, and the omnichannel customer experience.
• Execute merchandising and operational direction while managing payroll, budgets, and key performance indicators.
• Reduce loss through consistent customer service, employee education, and operational controls.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of retail or related management experience leading direct reports.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Demonstrated leadership, supervisory, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency with computers and technology, including Outlook, Excel, and web navigation.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand or walk for extended periods, with frequent bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and ladder use.
• Availability for scheduled days, nights, weekends, and holidays, including at least two closing shifts per week.
