What you will do

• Establish and maintain manufacturing and engineering processes.
• Oversee manufacturing and engineering process design and facility layout.
• Supervise technicians, coordinate training, and support daily problem solving.
• Prioritize build schedules and plan manufacturing capacity and allocation.
• Guide engineering on design concepts, specifications, equipment use, and manufacturing techniques.
• Maintain engineering documentation and enforce confidentiality, technology, patent, and compliance policies.

Requirements

• Understanding and application of procedures and processes within the manufacturing job family.
• Ability to supervise day-to-day work and participate in employee coaching and development.
• Judgment to resolve production schedule and daily priority issues using established practices.
• Ability to collaborate with upstream teams and handle sensitive information with tact and diplomacy.
• Ability to work onsite in Benicia, California.
• Willingness to travel approximately 10% of the time.
