Mask Manufacturing Technician (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

Salary: $51,710–$73,010 USD for the hourly role

What you will do

• Perform manufacturing, assembly, inspection, and quality-control tasks for semiconductor mask products.
• Set up and operate production equipment according to manufacturing practices and standard operating procedures.
• Collect operating data, adjust equipment, and optimize process performance and production efficiency.
• Identify defects, troubleshoot nonstandard production events, and support failure analysis and root-cause investigation.
• Support the installation, qualification, maintenance, and training associated with new or reused production equipment.
• Maintain production logs, verify raw materials and finished products, and escalate risks to shift output schedules.

Requirements

• Associate's degree or higher in a STEM program, or a high school diploma/GED plus at least one year of relevant experience.
• Relevant experience may include military electronics or avionics training, electronic systems, schematic or wiring-diagram reading, equipment maintenance, or component-level troubleshooting and repair.
• Ability to work the Shift 5 day schedule: Sundays–Tuesdays and alternating Wednesdays, 7:30 AM–8:00 PM.
• Regular on-site presence in Hillsboro, Oregon, is required.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Outlook, and Office.
