SharePoint Administrator (Microsoft 365)

What you will do

• Handle incoming tickets and provide SharePoint and OneDrive administration support.
• Configure SharePoint and OneDrive securely and consistently in line with organizational policies.
• Define information architecture, site templates, and naming conventions.
• Monitor storage, usage, quotas, platform health, performance, and reporting.
• Manage sites, content, synchronization, clients, access, and permissions.
• Collaborate with the Platform Manager and administrators of other Microsoft 365 services on governance, change management, and new Microsoft features.

Requirements

• Intermediate-level SharePoint administration experience.
• Experience with SharePoint and OneDrive tenant-level configuration and administration center settings.
• Knowledge of access management, permissions, data loss prevention, sensitivity labels, security, compliance, and data protection.
• Ability to create infrastructure documentation and support governance policies.
• Must be an EU citizen and work remotely from Europe.
