Experienced Auto Damage Adjuster

Location: Albany, NY and Schenectady, NY; work may be remote, field-based, or in-office

Salary: $32.05–$49.86; $1,500 sign-on bonus for candidates with an active adjuster's license in good standing

What you will do

• Assess vehicle damage and settle auto insurance claims promptly and accurately.
• Handle complex claims using technical and industry knowledge.
• Deliver high-quality customer service throughout the claims process.
• Work flexibly across remote, field, and in-office environments as required.

Requirements

• At least 12 months of auto damage experience and a demonstrated record of successful customer service.
• Motor Vehicle Damage Adjuster/Appraiser's License required.
• Valid driver's license meeting company underwriting guidelines.
• Ability to maintain applicable state and federal certifications and permits.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong computer, mechanical, multitasking, communication, attention-to-detail, and decision-making skills.
