What you will do

• Oversee daily store operations, staffing, inventory, bookkeeping, planning, and policy enforcement.
• Lead, train, coach, and develop associates while building a strong service-focused team.
• Manage store sales, profitability, budgets, supplies, merchandising, and promotional initiatives.
• Monitor performance and deliver excellent customer and patient experiences in partnership with the Doctor.
• Recruit, hire, retain, schedule, and evaluate associates according to business needs.
• Conduct audits, maintain records, and ensure corporate, quality, service, and safety standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of retail experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of the optical industry preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, communicate, organize, and solve problems.
• Strong understanding of store operations, business performance, customer service, and sales.
• Some duties may require specific licenses or credentials under applicable state laws.
