Configuration Management Analyst (ServiceNow)

Location: Remote within the United States, limited to Louisville, Dallas, Florida (Ft. Lauderdale/Tampa), Washington D.C., and New York City. Occasional travel to hirify.global offices for training or meetings may be required.

Salary: $73,400–$100,100 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

• Administer and maintain the enterprise CMDB, recording and updating assets, systems, configurations, relationships, and dependencies throughout their lifecycles.
• Develop and maintain configuration management processes, procedures, policies, standards, baselines, and control narratives.
• Audit and reconcile configuration items to identify discrepancies, unauthorized changes, and compliance gaps, then coordinate remediation.
• Provide accurate configuration data for incident and problem management, root-cause analysis, and impact assessments.
• Produce configuration management reports, dashboards, and metrics for leadership and stakeholders.
• Support training, troubleshooting, continuous improvement, and collaboration with project, operations, and technical teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in IT configuration management.
• At least 2 years of experience with ServiceNow or another ITSM platform.
• Strong analytical, organizational, documentation, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without hirify.global sponsorship; visa sponsorship will not be provided.
• Remote work is limited to the specified U.S. geographies and requires a dedicated workspace capable of protecting PHI/HIPAA information.

Nice to have

• CIS – Data Foundations certification covering CMDB and CSDM.
• Experience with third-party risk management or cybersecurity programs in healthcare or another highly regulated environment.
