Sr. Services Analyst - IT (ServiceNow)

Location: Hybrid, with at least three in-office days per week on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Must currently reside within hirify.global's service territories in Illinois, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, or Washington, DC. No relocation is available.

Salary: $100,000–$137,500 per year, plus a 15% annual bonus for eligible positions.

What you will do

• Support, enhance, and maintain ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping capabilities for accurate infrastructure, application, and service data in the CMDB.
• Configure and script ServiceNow ITOM components, including Discovery patterns, schedules, probes, sensors, and MID Servers.
• Build, refine, attest, and troubleshoot Service Maps while resolving incomplete mappings, broken dependencies, and other discrepancies.
• Maintain CMDB integrity and improve reconciliation through effective identifiers, data policies, and the Identification Reconciliation Engine.
• Participate in backlog grooming, work tracking, and biweekly releases for ITOM, Service Mapping, and CMDB enhancements.
• Collaborate with the ServiceNow Platform Team, CI class owners, ITSM peers, business partners, and outsourcing partners while supporting less experienced personnel.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline with typically 4–7 years of IT experience, or 6–9 years of relevant experience without a degree.
• ServiceNow experience including ITOM, Discovery, Service Mapping, CMDB, ServiceNow System Administration, and scripting.
• Knowledge of ITIL and SACM, with strong problem-solving, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Experience leading small IT projects or sub-teams and knowledge of IT project management.
• Proficiency with data analysis in Microsoft Excel and the ability to work with remote project teams.
• Must currently reside within the stated hirify.global service territories and work in the office at least three days per week; relocation is not available.
