Materials Coordinator (Biopharma)

Location: USA - NC - Durham - National Way; onsite role

Salary: $21.64–$30.15 per hour

What you will do

• Receive and process inbound GMP and non-GMP products, materials, and documentation according to SOPs and GMP requirements.
• Verify, collect, and kit requested materials from the warehouse for manufacturing operations.
• Count, safeguard, label, and record warehouse receipts in the computerized inventory system.
• Identify and report damaged inbound goods and prepare the required supporting documentation.
• Complete task paperwork, cleaning procedures, aseptic processing activities, and laboratory safety procedures.
• Follow personal protection, safety, and compliance requirements to prevent injury and protect surrounding personnel.

Requirements

• High school diploma and experience in warehouse shipping, receiving, and computerized inventory control.
• Knowledge of receiving, housekeeping, location management, capital-item tagging, shipping, LTL trucking, carrier services, packaging, and purchasing interfaces.
• Knowledge of chemicals, MSDS documentation, and DOT requirements for transporting hazardous materials.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence and communicate effectively with customers or employees.
• Ability to frequently bend, twist, and lift up to 50 pounds.
