Lead Warehouse Associate (Pharmaceutical Manufacturing)

Location: Raheen, Limerick, Ireland; onsite, 24/7 shift requirements

What you will do

• Unload trucks, lift and move heavy materials, and operate forklifts.
• Receive, inspect, unpack, stock, and distribute raw materials and other inventory.
• Transfer materials to quality release, storage, and manufacturing areas while maintaining accurate electronic and paper records.
• Schedule incoming raw-material deliveries and prepare shipments according to standard operating procedures.
• Support the receipt and shipment of finished products for filling, labeling, and distribution.
• Monitor employee training, conduct monthly performance feedback meetings, and participate in SCAR, NOE, EOE, and CAPA activities as required.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, Leaving Certificate, or equivalent.
• At least one year of relevant experience.
• Ability to work onsite with 24/7 shift requirements and meet physical warehouse demands.
• Strong attention to detail, communication skills, independence, adaptability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to operate a forklift, handheld scanner, or CDL experience is an advantage.

Nice to have

• Associate degree or warehouse experience.
• Experience in a cGMP environment.
