Capital Project Manager - Interior Renovation & Facility Fit-Out

Location: Piscataway, New Jersey, United States — fully onsite

Salary: $120,000–$150,000 per year, based on experience

What you will do

• Plan internal renovations, interior fit-outs, and facility upgrades in existing buildings.
• Coordinate project design and pre-construction activities.
• Manage project execution and construction activities.
• Coordinate commissioning and validation of completed facility work.
• Manage complex renovations in occupied laboratory or logistics operating environments.
• Minimize operational disruption throughout renovation projects.

• Experience managing complex renovation projects.
• Experience working in occupied laboratory or logistics operating environments.
• Strong focus on minimizing disruption to ongoing operations.
• Detail-oriented, self-driven approach to project management.
