Associate Director Global Procurement Process Owner

Location: Dublin, Ireland; on-site

Salary: $101,500–$165,200 annually

What you will do

• Own end-to-end procurement process architecture across categories and geographies.
• Develop and maintain standardized procurement processes, workflows, and documentation.
• Align procurement processes with compliance requirements, audit standards, and internal controls.
• Partner with the Global Procurement Technology team to optimize systems, automation, and user experience.
• Lead process diagnostics, gap assessments, continuous improvement, and best-practice implementation.
• Drive training, change management, communication, governance, and cross-functional process escalation management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of progressive procurement or supply chain experience.
• Strong knowledge of Source-to-Pay processes and procurement technology platforms.
• Ability to work on-site in Dublin, Ireland.
• Experience collaborating with Finance, Legal, Compliance, Quality, and other global stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with process ownership, governance, and global standardization projects.
• Experience leading cross-functional change and efficiency programs.
• Pharma or biopharma experience.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
