Salary: $109,000–$164,000 annually, plus performance-related bonus

What you will do

• Develop, implement, and manage site-wide environmental, health, and safety strategies, policies, and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with environmental permits, health and safety legislation, global standards, and internal requirements.
• Conduct risk assessments and lead mitigation initiatives.
• Investigate incidents, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Deliver training, safety campaigns, toolbox talks, audits, and regulatory reporting.
• Collaborate with production, maintenance, engineering, and corporate EH&S teams.

Requirements

• Experience leading environmental, health, and safety programs in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to navigate complex regulatory environments and translate requirements into practical solutions.
• Strong leadership, influencing, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to deliver training and manage multiple priorities under pressure.
• High attention to detail, organization, resilience, and commitment to continuous improvement.
