Senior EHS Manager (Semiconductor)

Location: Santa Clara, California, United States; travel required at 10%.

Salary: $158,500.00–$218,000.00 per year.

What you will do

• Manage environmental, health, and safety programs for research, development, and engineering operations in California and Oregon.
• Lead and develop the EHS team, including staffing, supervision, technical leadership, mentoring, and career development.
• Drive regulatory compliance across health and safety, fire and building codes, equipment and facility permitting, chemical authorization, and point-of-use abatement.
• Lead audits, inspections, management reviews, performance monitoring, reporting, incident investigations, and corrective actions.
• Manage contractor safety and integrate EHS requirements into equipment and facility projects involving high-risk operations.
• Support emergency preparedness, regulatory interactions, site standards, project delivery, and the EHS operating budget.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental, Health & Safety, Engineering, Industrial Hygiene, or a related field.
• 8–15+ years of EHS experience, including leadership responsibilities.
• Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, NFPA, and other applicable regulations.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
• Ability to resolve technical, operational, and organizational problems and guide internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to work at the Santa Clara, California location and travel approximately 10%.
