Lead, AP Service Delivery

Location: Taguig City, Philippines; work from one of the regional offices

What you will do

• Lead accounts payable service delivery and performance management across hirify.global’s Platform and New Verticals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain efficient processes, defined SLAs/KPIs, effective controls, and risk management measures.
• Drive operational excellence through process standardization, automation, documentation, and continuous improvement.
• Prepare reporting and analysis, present performance results in governance forums, and manage issue resolution and project prioritization.
• Support the transition and onboarding of new markets and processes into the Shared Service Centre.
• Manage policy changes, audits, complex systemic issues, and coordination with Central, Regional, and GRC stakeholders.

Requirements

• University degree in Economics, Finance, Business Management, or an equivalent field.
• At least 7 years of relevant accounts payable experience in operations or process ownership.
• Strong analytical, communication, presentation, leadership, and team management skills.
• Experience in a multinational environment with complex regional or country operations, preferably in the technology industry.
• Understanding of financial and operational controls, process governance, and shared service centre operations.
• Experience with Ariba, SAP, Concur, Google Suite, and/or Microsoft applications for analysis and reporting.

Nice to have

• At least 5 years of managerial experience.
• Professional certification such as CPA, CA, or ACCA.
• Experience influencing stakeholders, driving action, and challenging conventional processes.
