Team Lead, Invoice to Cash

What you will do

• Manage cash applications, credit and debit notes, and accounts receivable reporting for assigned EMEA markets.
• Monitor payment processing, reporting deadlines, service levels, and team performance.
• Assign daily priorities and resolve complex or critical process issues by identifying root causes and correcting errors.
• Train and supervise Cash Applications Specialists on policies and procedures.
• Support process improvements, internal and external audits, ad hoc activities, and process documentation updates.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of relevant experience in Accounting, FP&A, Controlling, Invoice-to-Cash, or related areas.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and ERP systems; SAP experience is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience in a multinational shared services center is desirable.

Nice to have

• People management experience, with 0–2 years considered beneficial.
• Foreign language capability such as Italian, Spanish, or German.
