What you will do
- Lead end-to-end invoice management and payments delivery across assigned markets and clusters.
- Manage service levels, KPIs, pay controls, tax, statutory, audit, and compliance requirements.
- Engage Finance, Treasury, Procurement, business units, regional leaders, suppliers, banks, and BPO partners.
- Own standardized payment and invoice processes, governance frameworks, SOPs, controls, and operational reporting.
- Lead and develop Cluster Leads, Market SMEs, and Specialists while managing resource allocation and capability development.
- Drive accounts payable transformation through process simplification, automation, AI, digital enablement, and improved user experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent university degree.
- 8–10 years of experience in Procurement, Finance, or a related business area.
- Experience with SAP ERP, including MM and FI modules.
- Strong collaboration, communication, influencing, learning agility, and change-readiness skills.
- Fluent English in written and spoken communication is required.
- Availability for a 3:00 p.m.–12:00 a.m. shift and up to 5% domestic and international travel.
Nice to have
- MBA or another advanced degree.
- Understanding of payments and invoice processing operations.
- Shared services industry experience.
- People management experience with 20 or more resources.
- Fluency in another language relevant to the supported region.
