What you will do

• Set strategic direction and provide senior leadership for a team of system integration consultants.
• Lead end-to-end EDI and electronic commerce integration projects for trading partners.
• Resolve complex integration issues and serve as the escalation and decision point for technical challenges.
• Oversee project quality, governance, technical consistency, and client-facing deliverables.
• Lead hiring, performance management, compensation reviews, succession planning, and leadership development.
• Drive continuous improvement and guide the adoption of Artificial Intelligence in integration processes.

Requirements

• Proven senior leadership experience developing leaders and high-performing teams.
• At least 7 years of customer-facing experience.
• Hands-on experience with integration platforms, data translation software, and communication protocols including IBM Sterling, HTTP, SFTP, Web Services, REST APIs, XML, EDI, X12, IDoc, and flat files.
• Deep A2A/B2B integration experience and strong systems integration, technical, and business acumen.
• Strong understanding of European e-Invoicing mandates.
• Experience leading and scaling teams of consultants and technical professionals.

Nice to have

• Spanish, Portuguese, or another European language.
