Senior Manager Digital Development (AI)

Location: Phoenix, AZ, USA; hybrid with onsite presence four days per week and one remote day per week

What you will do

• Lead the strategy, development, support, and continuous improvement of customer-facing web and mobile applications.
• Drive digital platforms that enable customer self-service, eCommerce transactions, and scalable web experiences.
• Improve application performance, reliability, usability, resilience, and scalability.
• Lead complex cross-functional digital initiatives across planning, delivery, risk management, and stakeholder alignment.
• Oversee the software development lifecycle, budgets, vendors, staffing, and technology decisions.
• Manage, develop, and evaluate digital development employees.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of information systems management experience.
• At least 7 years managing large, high-volume, mission-critical systems and support teams throughout the technology lifecycle.
• Experience with budgets, vendors, eCommerce platform development, analytics, SEO, content management systems, and identity management.
• Experience developing integrated self-service web and mobile applications connected to CRM and enterprise systems.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional digital initiatives with accountability for scope, timelines, risks, and stakeholder alignment.
• Experience applying AI-assisted or AI-driven development practices to software delivery, developer productivity, solution design, or product innovation.
