Business Analyst - Professional (Card Payments)

What you will do

• Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements.
• Create and maintain structured specifications for development teams.
• Use SQL for database queries, data profiling, and decision support.
• Coordinate communication between technical squads and business stakeholders.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and prepare user stories for development.
• Improve documentation and reporting workflows and contribute to database-driven reporting solutions.

Requirements

• Proven Business Analyst experience with a strong background in requirements engineering, specification, and documentation.
• Solid SQL skills, including writing queries and analysing data.
• Excellent written and spoken English at C1 level.
• Ability to coordinate multiple deliverables and work with technical and business stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience in the card payment industry.
• Reporting and data visualization experience.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum environments.
• Familiarity with database management and cloud technologies.
