Frontend Engineer (AI) (Angular/TypeScript): Building AI-powered conversational products and services for enterprise customer-experience platforms with an accent on UX-driven frontend development, software quality, and secure delivery. Focus on designing scalable Angular interfaces, integrating REST services, applying accessibility and usability practices, and delivering features through the full design, test, deploy, and maintain cycle.
Location: Galway, Ireland; flexible work schedules and work-from-home options are available.

What you will do
- Design and develop high-quality, efficient, and testable software for Conversational AI product features.
- Build frontend solutions with Angular, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Deliver features through the full design, test, deploy, and maintain cycle.
- Consume and build REST web services while considering system architecture, scalability, security, and usability.
- Participate in code reviews and apply UX best practices to improve customer experience.
- Use AI-assisted development tools responsibly and apply appropriate processes for data security, traceability, and information sharing.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related discipline.
- 3+ years of web development experience delivering UX-driven designs.
- Strong Angular programming skills and experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience with REST web services, Git, and CI/CD processes and technologies.
- Awareness of modern AI technologies and their implications for safety, privacy, and reliability.
- Proactive, self-driven approach, growth mindset, and passion for frontend development.
Nice to have
- Accessibility compliance experience.
- Experience with Python or Java, AWS, Jira, or test management systems.
- Understanding of microservices architecture principles.
- Experience with bot platforms or Natural Language Understanding technologies.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted software development tools and modern engineering workflows.
