UI Engineer (Angular)

Location: Must be based in London, UK (Hybrid: 2 days in office, 3 days remote)

What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain high-quality Angular-based frontend applications.
• Integrate AI tools into daily development workflows to accelerate delivery and reduce toil.
• Collaborate with product and architecture teams to ensure extensible and scalable web applications.
• Critically evaluate AI-generated code for performance, accessibility, and logical correctness.
• Participate in code reviews and help evolve team engineering practices.
• Mentor team members on the effective and responsible use of AI in frontend development.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from London, UK.
• 5+ years of software engineering experience with a strong frontend focus.
• 4+ years of production experience with Angular (2nd generation+).
• Proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Practical experience building and maintaining React components.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, unit testing (Jasmine/Karma/Jest), and CI/CD pipelines.
