Frontend Engineer - Growth Team (AI)

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands. Hybrid work with 3 days in the office and 2 days from home; up to 4 weeks per year may be worked from abroad.

Salary: €65,000–€85,000 per year.

What you will do

• Build, edit, and maintain landing pages and blog articles focused on acquisition and conversion.
• Expand the design system with reusable blocks that enable the growth team to create website content independently.
• Develop configurable content models and AI-powered internal tools for content generation, review, and analysis.
• Ship growth experiments end-to-end, from hypothesis development through live testing and measurement.
• Optimize Core Web Vitals, SEO, AI search visibility, accessibility, animations, and pixel-perfect implementation.
• Own website CI/CD, Netlify infrastructure, performance and error monitoring, and collaboration across Engineering, Product, Design, and Marketing.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience building applications with React, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Ability to write fast, clean, and maintainable code and take ownership beyond the direct frontend stack when needed.
• Experience building tools that enable other people to work faster.
• Practical ability to use AI in daily work and evaluate where it helps or creates drawbacks.
• Curiosity, a growth mindset, willingness to experiment, and openness to feedback.

Nice to have

• Experience with Contentful, Sanity, Storyblok, or a similar headless CMS.
• Experience with Gatsby, Next.js, Astro, or another static site generator.
• Experience with A/B testing and SEO, including experiment setup and measurement.
