Engineering Enablement Program Manager (AI)

Salary: $111,100–$145,800 per year

What you will do

• Coordinate engineering platform portfolio initiatives, schedules, milestones, dependencies, and release readiness.
• Maintain portfolio health visibility through Jira, dashboards, and reporting tools.
• Structure prioritization and intake processes aligned with strategic goals.
• Partner with technical leaders and service teams to resolve information gaps and improve status reporting.
• Prepare executive communications translating technical progress into actionable business insights.
• Improve documentation, knowledge management, reporting standardization, and automation of coordination tasks.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in program, project, or operations coordination within an engineering or SaaS environment.
• Strong working knowledge of Jira and Confluence.
• Experience managing schedules, dependencies, and cross-team coordination across concurrent initiatives.
• Strong written communication skills and the ability to summarize technical updates for varied audiences.
• Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, or similar reporting and presentation tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with software development lifecycle concepts and modern engineering delivery practices.
• Agile experience and basic Jira workflow configuration skills.
• Experience with portfolio tracking, executive reporting, operational metrics dashboards, documentation, or onboarding materials.
