Product Launch Manager (SaaS)

Location: Ontario, Canada; remote role

Salary: $90,500–$104,500 CAD annually, with potential additional bonuses, commissions, equity, or other incentives.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end launches for new products, platform enhancements, and major feature releases.
• Build launch plans covering timelines, milestones, dependencies, stakeholder communications, and readiness reviews.
• Coordinate launch activities across Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Support, Training, Operations, Legal, and other teams.
• Identify risks, gaps, and blockers, establish accountability, and drive timely resolution.
• Prepare messaging inputs, internal communications, enablement assets, FAQs, release notes, and customer-facing readiness materials.
• Define phased launches, pilots, beta programs, and general availability plans; track outcomes and improve future execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Product Management, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• 6+ years of experience in product launches, go-to-market, product marketing, program management, product operations, or a related function.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders and dependencies.
• Strong project and program management, communication, problem-solving, prioritization, and operational skills.
• Experience with launch processes, release planning, and change management best practices.
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence.

Nice to have

• Experience in product-led or SaaS go-to-market organizations.
• Experience launching platform products, integrations, payments, mobile applications, or member and club management solutions.
• Familiarity with sales enablement, onboarding, support readiness, and adoption measurement.
• PMP, Agile, Scrum, or related certification.
